Ref: Proc. Rc. No.2490/SS/Pdg/T6/2023, Dated: 31.07.2025 of the State Project Director, Telangana Samagra Shiksha, Hyderabad.
The attention of all the Mandal Educational Officers and Headmasters of Primary/Upper Primary Schools in the district is invited to the reference read above, wherein the State Project Director, Telangana Samagra Shiksha, Hyderabad, has informed that, as part of implementation of FLN, it has been decided to conduct TLM Melas at Mandal Level & District Level for Primary Level (Classes I to V).
In this regard, TLM (Teaching Learning Material) Melas are to be conducted at the Mandal Level.
1. Each School should prepare and bring TLM exhibits (Maximum 2 Per School)
2.10 best exhibits will be selected from the Mandal Level for the District Level Mela.
Therefore, all the Mandal Educational Officers are requested to conduct TLM Melas at Mandal Level on or before 17.08.2025 and submit the list of 10 selected TLM exhibits per Mandal to this office on 18.08.2025 without fail for onward conduct of District Level TLM Mela (A copy of the guidelines is enclosed herewith).

Key Guidelines for Preparation of TLMS
Materials must be made from readily available, recyclable, and eco-friendly items.
Each TLM should be aligned with specific classroom content and linked to a clear learning outcome.
Materials should be functionally usable by teachers during regular lessons and not limited to display purposes.
Teachers are encouraged to involve students in the preparation or use of TLMs where appropriate.
TLMS must be simple, replicable, and inspiring to other teachers across the system.
Safety of children should be ensured, especially when intended for use by younger children, the selection of material should be careful so as they are not harmful to the students.
